Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. We only deliver directly to New Zealand physical addresses listed on the NZ Post website. No overseas deliveries.
In Transit Delivery Times
Standard Posthaste courier delivery times apply (Please visit Posthaste Courier address checker to view expected transit times).
Overnight deliveries (Airfreight) to South Island and nationwide Saturday deliveries are available to some areas. Please inquire within for pricing and eligibility.
There is no deliveries on the weekend unless specifically stated (Friday despatch will be delivered the next working day). Extra Surcharge will apply, so please contact us to see if this service is available in your area.
Rural Deliveries
Deliveries to addresses deemed to be a Rural Delivery by the courier company could be subject to extended transit times. Whether an address is regarded as is at the discretion of the courier company. Please visit the above address checker link to see if your address is subject to rural delivery times.
Saturday Deliveries

PO Box / Private Bag Addresses
Unfortunately, our Freight Companies do not deliver to PO Box or Private Bags. If you are concerned that your physical addess is too rural for direct delivery, then please contact us, so we can organise an alternative delivery address, which you can collect the package from. Authority to Leave

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept the return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in New Zealand dollars. For unwanted merchandise, the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
